A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

A very old lady looked in the mirror one morning. She had three remaining hairs on her head, and being a positive soul, she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today." So she braided her three hairs, and she had a great day. Some days later, looking in the mirror one morning, preparing for her day, she saw that she had only two hairs remaining. "Hmm, two hairs... I fancy a centre parting today." She duly parted her two hairs, and as ever, she had a great day. A week or so later, she saw that she had just one hair left on her head. "One hair huh...," she mused, "I know, a pony-tail will be perfect." And again she had a great day. The next morning she looked in the mirror. She was completely bald. "Finally bald huh," she said to herself, "How wonderful! I won't have to waste time doing my hair any more.."

Never give up..

for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn.

Twenty years from now..

you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover - Mark Twain
One of the best things to do sometimes is simply to be.. :)
And soak in as much as you can..

A man was going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. Suddenly a brick smashed into the Jag's side door! The angry driver then jumped out of the car, grabbed the nearest kid and shouted, "That's a new car and that brick you threw is going to cost a lot of money. Why did you do it?"With tears dripping down his face and off his chin, the youth pointed to a spot just around a parked car."It's my brother," he said."He rolled off the curb and fell out of his wheelchair and I can't lift him up. Would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair?" Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lump in his throat. He hurriedly lifted the handicapped boy back into the wheelchair, then took out his fancy handkerchief, dabbed at the fresh scrapes and cuts and slowly walked back to his car..

Sometimes when we don't have time to listen, god has to throw a brick at us. It's our choice: Listen to the whisper ... or wait for the brick!
