Be open to new ideas

It is good to take the opinion of someone who is new or has to learn the process from scratch. The chances of them finding loopholes in the system is way higher :)

Take a moment off..

Take a moment off to see the world. Don't be so wrapped up in your own world that you fail to see the bigger world around you..
