When you feel like it..sing at the top of your voice..

It doesn't matter if you cant sing for nuts! 

Love yourself..

Today I met a guy...a guy who was positive he was the busiest guy in the world..

Had to attend a meeting, had to attend 4 calls during the meeting, had things to settle on his comp while he was on the phone,  and drink coffee as he was doing all this..And to add to this he had to go home to a family!!

Always remember, there is life outside your own small world..

You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection - Buddha
