Spend time on yourself

It is very important to spend time on yourself once in a while..

Pranayama is a form of controlled breathing which relaxes the body and clears your mind. It helps cure breathing problems as well. It helps me relax and become productive I have noticed and yet there is always an inertia to get down to doing it as I feel I have other things to do..

I must spend a few minutes a day doing it! It is for my benefit..
