Spend time on yourself

It is very important to spend time on yourself once in a while..

Pranayama is a form of controlled breathing which relaxes the body and clears your mind. It helps cure breathing problems as well. It helps me relax and become productive I have noticed and yet there is always an inertia to get down to doing it as I feel I have other things to do..

I must spend a few minutes a day doing it! It is for my benefit..

Don't juggle

Multi-tasking never helps. Do one thing...do it well :)

Never say never

When you feel lethargic or feel that you are not able to get things done..take a task and go all out to  do it..

I now realize that picking 3 important things on my task list and prioritizing them makes me want to get them done..and anything extra that I do gives me immense joy! :)

Do one thing at a time..

Some days, I wake up and think I am never going to  be able to finish everything on my task list! The list seems never ending..

Those are the days for me to take it slow. Do one thing at a time..and give it my 100%. And once I take the first step, things will just flow...

Very important! I have a very bad memory and am especially bad with names..make an extra effort to remember people's names..that's the only way they will remember you :)
